Svetlana Borovskiy from High Class Real Estate was recommended to me by my friend when I decided to sell my house, and she showed that my friend was right when he characterized her as a Educated, Knowledgeable and Professional agent.
I can not adequately express my deep appreciation and gratitude for the service (yes, the service was High Class!!) she provided to us since the decided to hire her as our agent. The pictures of the house were taken the same day, and was posted on the website the same night. In addition, she provided us with the names and contact information of her co-workers who may show the house to the potential buyers when she is not available.
Unlike many seller we had a very unusual situation (without going into details I will mention that we had tenants who agreed to move out, but then informed us that they are not going to move out. Moreover, we were buying another house at the same time and needed to have the closing on both houses within 1-2 days) and through these stressful days Svetlana was always ready to hear your problem/concern and provide and useful advise or suggestion.
Everybody knows that today is the "Buyers Market", but even in this economical condition out house got lots of traffic right away and we even got an offer very close to my target selling price. Unlike other agents she did not put pressure on us to accept the offer, and was OK with us keeping it on the market for a better offer. Her professionalism was not only that she was always keep us informed of the current status with each potential buyers, she was also able to return our calls very quickly. Potential buyers were always informed of the details of the house and our situation/condition in which we were selling our house.
I feel good about having such a positive experience, and would recommend Svetlana to anyone who is looking to sell a house. Furthermore, I believe that she deserves to be named "Most Knowledgeable Real Estate Agent" (less)

Svetlana Borovskiy is a rare superstar real estate professional, dedicated to keep her customers happy. This includes honest market pricing, straight talk about every little detail of the property that she represents and educated advice and guidance during the whole lifecycle of a real estate transaction. Obvioulsy, Svetlana knows very well that her job is more about the people she is working with than the actual real estate properties themselves.
In my particular case Svetlana helped me to identify and locate the desired property, negotiate the price with the owner and took me throught every step of the buying process, while also navigating away from many costly mistakes. And even today, after almost 3 years of that transaction, she is still willing to help the whole building whenever we have a need to resolve an issue with the original Sponsor, with the Department of Buildings or with a Utility company.
You really can't do without a pro like Svetlana Borovskiy when you make what might be the biggest transaction of your life! (less)

She was always available for questions and guidance during very challenging and stressful negotiations and never pressuring us into making decisions, but instead gave balanced and thoughtful points of view.
I can't imagine a more dedicated and caring realtor, whether full service or not.
